The hotel is conveniently located near Robinsons Palawan within walking distance, with spacious rooms that could be improved to prevent mosquitoes from sneaking in. The service is top-notch, always ready to assist and provide plastic bags and beach towels. The dining options could use more variety, but the overall experience is welcoming and enjoyable.

The hotel has some room for improvement with gloomy interiors that linger with cigarette smoke and cracks allowing insects in, but they do offer excellent room amenities like a fridge. The service, however, is top-notch, going above and beyond with a Diamond Service that outshines even 4 & 5-star hotels. The location is convenient near popular attractions although not close to the beach. Dining options could be more varied, but the facilities are well-kept.
